PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Dear Students and Families of East Palestine High School,
Welcome to another exciting school year at East Palestine High School! As your principal, I am thrilled to extend a warm welcome to all new and returning students, families, and staff members. Our school community is a vibrant and dynamic place where every member plays a vital role in fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.
At East Palestine High School, we are committed to excellence in academics, athletics, arts, and personal development. Our dedicated staff works tirelessly to provide a well-rounded education that prepares students for success in college, the work force, armed forces and beyond. We believe in nurturing a culture of respect, responsibility, and resilience, where every student is encouraged to reach their full potential.
This year, we have several exciting initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing the educational experience for our students:
Academic Excellence: Our rigorous academic programs are designed to challenge and inspire students. With College Credit Plus classes, our students have the ability to earn college credits while in High School
Technology Integration: With the integration of new technologies in the classroom, we aim to enhance learning and better prepare our students for the digital world. Our 1:1 Chromebook initiative ensures that every student has access to the tools they need to succeed.
Extracurricular Opportunities: We encourage all students to get involved in our numerous extracurricular activities, including sports, music, drama, and various clubs. These activities are a great way to develop leadership skills, make new friends, and explore new interests.
Community Engagement: Building a strong connection between school and community is a priority for us. We will continue to work closely with families and community partners to create a supportive network that benefits all our students.
Student Support Services: Our counseling and support services are always available to assist students with academic planning, college and career guidance, and personal development. We are here to support each student's unique journey.
Communication is key to our success, and we encourage families to stay engaged with the school. Our website, newsletters, and social media channels are great ways to stay informed about upcoming events, important dates, and school news.
