How do we prepare the next generation for essential roles in our community? The DSP-U program at East Palestine High School is the gold standard.
Facilitated by Lighthouse Cove, this program bridges the gap between the classroom and the real world. Students complete 160 hours of training and leave with a NADSP E-Badge Academy credential—equipping them with the skills to support people with I/DD immediately upon graduation.

Under the guidance of Mr. Kyle Zimmerman, 20 students learned the art of letter writing and the proper way to address an envelope. The result? 23 personalized, handwritten letters filled with kindness for the residents of Christian House.
Mr. Zimmerman will be delivering this bundle of mail later today! We are so proud of these students for taking the time to brighten a neighbor's day.

Last night, we officially welcomed the 2026 inductees into the East Palestine National Honor Society. These students have demonstrated incredible dedication to scholarship, service, leadership, and character. We can’t wait to see the impact they continue to make on our school and community!
Congratulations, Bulldogs!
