Today our high school did something big! The Bulldog Café opened its doors for the third year in a row, except this year they are making some new and exciting changes! The original café crew of 10 students laid a solid foundation for what is now two class periods and 33 students strong! They have a full-service Cafe every Friday morning, a Cafe Cart delivering service, and also a Café Express that kids can stop in anytime of any day to grab a drink or special treat. The Bulldog Café is a course offered to Juniors and Seniors where they learn business practices, budgeting and finances, advertising and marketing, and customer service! They will also receive Career Credentials to use after high school! They are trained well and this year they are thriving! The business pulls in significant profit and because of this, they are able to give those proceeds back to the students and programs that EP has to offer. Bulldogs do BIG THINGS!
